Embolism is a generic term for any blockage in a blood vessel. Doubt one could expelled enough gas from their rectum to cause air to enter the blood stream. It would just cause intense pain. As far as infection goes, girl is a walking CDC experiment waiting to happen. That's just all kinds of nasty.
