You don't see this everyday in the neighborhood - WTF?!

Nothing better then going out for a morning run and seeing this along the way. I almost knocked on the door with my shorts down to my ankles ready to help this person in need. Yeah, I just said I was willing and ready. Is that bad? If it is, it's not as bad as this sign.
